Maridoship support: before you write
We cannot give investment, tax or legal advice, and we cannot see any broker account. If your question is about a balance, a trade or a withdrawal, contact your executing broker. Questions about the software, this website or your place on the list are for us. The Registration page and the platform review answer many of them.
What to put in your message
A short note is enough. Tell us which page you were on, what you expected and what happened instead. If your question is about your place on the list, use the email address you joined with, so we can find it. We read every message, and we reply in the order we receive them, during the support hours above.
Complaints
Write to the complaints address with your name, the email address you used and what happened. We acknowledge formally within 48 business hours. Complaints about trading, money or accounts may also need to go to the broker, which has its own route and, where one applies, an ombudsman or dispute scheme.
How to report a fake website or fraud
Our only official domains are maridoship.io and app.maridoship.io. If you see another address using our name, a video that shows a celebrity endorsing us, or a caller who asks for a password or a remote-access code, send the address, a screenshot and the date to [email protected]. Do not pay anything, and do not install anything. Tell your bank at once if you have already paid.
